Who We Are
Born from love, loss, and a belief that every life matters.
The Spartacus Foundation was born from love, loss, and a deep commitment to animal welfare. We are more than just a charity — we are individuals, partners, and organizations united by the memory of a remarkable dog named Spartacus, or Sparty, whose spirit continues to guide our work every day. Spartacus was a vibrant Siberian Husky with two striking eyes — one brown and one blue. At twelve years old, Sparty’s sudden passing left a deep hole in the hearts of those who loved him. In his memory, we created the Spartacus Foundation.
Why this foundation exists
A moment of grief became a lifelong commitment.
Spartacus was not just a companion — he was a presence that brought meaning, joy, and quiet strength into everyday life. His sudden passing, without warning, revealed something deeply unsettling — how fragile life can be, and how quickly everything can change.
Many animals face suffering without the care, attention, or support they deserve. Spartacus Foundation was created in response to that reality — to help ensure that more animals receive care when it matters most.
What began as grief has become a quiet commitment — to care, to compassion, and to meaningful action. Every animal we reach carries a piece of Sparty’s spirit forward.
How we help

We provide financial support for urgent treatments, surgeries, and life-saving interventions for animals in critical condition, where timely care can make all the difference.
Rehabilitation & recovery
We help injured and abandoned animals receive the care they need to heal — physically and emotionally — until they are ready for a safer and more stable life.
Support for animal welfare organizations
We collaborate with shelters and rescue groups by offering funding, resources, and logistical support where it is needed most.
Compassion-driven action
We encourage awareness, empathy, and responsible action toward animals through thoughtful initiatives and community engagement.
